The undersigned irrevocably assigns to OnAir S.r.l. and their legal representatives, Gianluca Ingenito & Partners, the ownership of the claim arising from the flight detailed above. The source of this claim includes compensation rights related to flight cancellation, delay, denied boarding, voluntary flight surrender, or baggage issues, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 and/or the Montreal Convention.

OnAir S.r.l. and Gianluca Ingenito & Partners are authorized to:

• Represent and file claims on behalf of the undersigned to obtain compensation from the airline for the above-mentioned issues.
• Obtain necessary information from the airline and third parties to manage the claim effectively.
• Collect, recover, and receive any payments related to the claim into the designated bank accounts of OnAir S.r.l. or their legal representatives.
• The funds collected will be returned to the undersigned within a reasonable period, minus the fees as described in the Terms and Conditions available on www.ritardoaero.com and as communicated via email.
• Negotiate settlements and issue receipts in compliance with the terms and conditions outlined on www.ritardoaero.com.
• Process personal data as necessary for managing the claim and exercise the right to receive information from the airline under Article 15 of the GDPR.

The undersigned confirms that they may not withdraw the claim without a valid reason. If the undersigned receives payment directly from the airline after OnAir S.r.l. or its representatives have submitted the claim, the commission fee as per the Terms and Conditions will still be applicable.

In the event that an amicable resolution is not reached, OnAir S.r.l. and their legal representatives are further authorized to:

• Assist and represent the undersigned in all amicable and judicial proceedings related to the claim to secure compensation for damages resulting from cancellation, delay, overbooking, or baggage issues.
• Collect payments and seek additional compensation as necessary to resolve the claim.

This assignment also permits OnAir S.r.l. and their representatives to use the undersigned's signature on claims, pleadings, and other necessary documents to pursue the claim for compensation.
