is been made to irrevocably assign ownership of the claim to UP Legal Tech LLC (Flyhelp.al). The source of these claims is a compensation right due to delay/cancel/denied booking or others based, but not restricted to, Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. UP Legal Tech LLC accepts the assignment of the claim. UP Legal Tech LLC will take all necessary legal action to pursuit the claim. Customer will receive the part of the financial compensation mentioned in the terms and conditions latest 3 weeks after UP Legal Tech LLC has received the compensation from the airlines. After signing this assignment form, the client assigns UP Legal Tech LLC to claim compensation on behalf of him/her and is not allowed to take any payment or compensation directly from the airline. By signing this agreement the client warrants that he/she is authorized and has legal capacity to enter into the agreement. He/ She consents that the personal data of the above mentioned persons being collected and processed by UP Legal Tech LLC in accordance with the Data Protection Policy
